We process orders within 1 to 5 business days. Orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Boucherville, Canada.

For shipments within Canada, delivery times vary from 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination.
For international shipments, delivery times vary from 5 to 15 business days depending on the destination.
- Recipients outside of Canada are responsible for all additional charges (taxes, import taxes, or customs fees).
- Bonnetier is able to ship to Europe.
- Orders sent to the USA and internationally are not subject to Canadian taxes.
Free Returns*
Of course, if you are not completely satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your package. Packaging and tags must be intact, and the merchandise must not have been worn (except for trying on).
We will refund your original payment method for the returned items once the merchandise has been received and inspected.
To return an item, please request it by logging into your Bonnetier account, or contact us and provide your name, address, and reason for the return. We will get back to you within two business days with the necessary return information.
